Company Profile Jiangsu Jianguo Group is headquartered in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, located on the beautiful coast of the Yangtze River. The group was founded in 1999. With the implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative, the shipping industry developed rapidly. Jiangsu Jianguo Group was established in 1999 and was originally located on the bank of the Mangdao River in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou, Jiangsu. In the early days of its business, the company started with people carrying it on its shoulders, and gradually developed into a medium-sized inland river port with an annual bulk cargo throughput of 8 million tons and a single-piece lifting capacity of 100 tons. The company had about 60 employees at the time and covered an area of 30 acres. With the continuous expansion of loading and unloading business, the company moved to the bank of the Yangtze River in 2009 and continues to engage in port cargo loading and unloading services. The port has an annual throughput of 12 million tons, a hoisting capacity of 200 tons, an area of 100 acres, and about 120 employees.
Jiangsu Jianguo International Trade Co., Ltd., formerly known as Yangzhou Jianguo Building Materials Co., Ltd., has been engaged in domestic building materials trade for nearly 30 years. In 2022, the company went to many countries in Southeast Asia and Africa to inspect markets. After returning to China in August 2023, it completed the industrial and commercial registration changes to change the company"s name and expand its business scope. Increased business projects and signed an international trade order for the FQ80.40 floating seaport barge crane vessel with an Indonesian coal trader. At present, the company"s main business includes international trade of ship supporting products, shipping vessels, engineering crane ships, and mechanical and electrical products. All exported equipment comes with a two-year warranty, major spare parts, and operation and maintenance personnel accompany the equipment. In 2023, Jiangsu Jianguo International Trade Co., Ltd., PT TRANSMARINA SAMUEDRA and HERLINA jointly established a seaport transfer and loading and unloading service company PT GLOBAL COAL TRANSINDO. The existing large-scale floating crane and barge floating crane operates in Kalimantan to provide high-quality and fast loading and unloading services. The fastest loading and unloading is 2,300 tons to 2,500 tons per hour, with an average of 1,300-1,500 tons per hour.
Yangzhou Longhe Special Equipment Co., Ltd. focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of port lifting, transshipment and mechanical equipment, and also involves the design and construction of shipping ships and engineering ships. The company"s products cover bridge cranes, gantry cranes and gantry cranes from 30 tons to 1200 tons. It is particularly good at designing and manufacturing floating full-slewing seaport barge cranes. Typical models include FQ80.40, FQ100.42, FQ120.45, and FQ140.45. Bulk floating engineering crane ships can be customized according to their uses, with lifting capacities ranging from 50 tons to 1,200 tons. All products of Yangzhou Longhe Special Equipment Co., Ltd. provide a two-year warranty. A complete set of spare parts for large key components (such as engines, gearboxes, inverters, resistors, contactors, etc.) is delivered with the equipment. If it is not used within the warranty period, the seller can take it back; if the buyer decides to keep it, 90% of the total price consisting of purchase price, tariffs and freight will be paid, and the property rights belong to the buyer. During the warranty period, the seller will provide operators and technicians to travel with the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. During the operation of the equipment, two technicians will perform on-site tracking and maintenance. Shipping vessels include self-propelled deck barges, self-propelled bulk carriers, tugs, unpowered deck barges and various engineering vessels. Jiangsu Jianguo Deli Indonesia Co., Ltd. was established in December 2024. It is a joint venture established by Jiangsu Jianguo International Trade Co., Ltd. and Indonesia Deli Co., Ltd. It is mainly engaged in the wholesale business of machinery equipment, appliances and other industrial equipment, marine transportation tools, spare parts and their accessories.
Jiangsu Jianguo Offshore Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. invested and constructed in Guannan County, Lianyungang in 2025, with a total investment of approximately RMB 800 million and an area of approximately 300 acres.
