Jiangsu Jianguo Offshore Engineering Intelligent Ship Technology Co., Ltd. (Jianguo Offshore Engineering Group) has established a full industrial chain layout for special vessels, covering base construction, manufacturing, maintenance, sales, and transportation.
The Group’s wholly-owned shipyard covers 400 mu (approximately 26.7 hectares) and is located along the Guanhe River in Dungougang Town, Guannan County, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. Negotiations with local partners are ongoing for a future international service-oriented shipyard project in Phase II on the Indonesian island of Sumatra.
The Group owns and operates three self-built floating crane vessels: the 3535, 4035, and 6040 models, currently deployed in China’s inland waterways and Indonesian waters respectively. The new 8025 floating crane vessel ordered by an Indonesian customer completed its international flag change in April 2026 and is en route to its operating area in the Pacific Ocean.
The Group also holds production and manufacturing licenses for equipment used in special vessels and has built a full-lifecycle service system for all vessels sold. Customers can access maintenance and repair services at multiple bays and ports across the Asia-Pacific region.
Going forward, Jiangsu Jianguo Group will join hands with its like-minded partners met along the way to build a full industrial chain ecosystem for special marine equipment, staying true to its founding mission and responding to the great call of the country to become a maritime power.
