As early as July 30, 2025, Lianyungang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology issued the 'Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Plan of Jiangsu Jianguo Offshore Engineering Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd.'
The announcement shows that in accordance with the requirements of the 'Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Resolving Serious Overcapacity Conflicts' (Guofa [2013] No. 41), with reference to the 'Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Steel Industry' (Original Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2021] No. 46) and the province's early shipbuilding capacity The replacement path is to reduce the original 300,000-dwt shipbuilding capacity of Lianyungang Hengcheng Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., certified by the Jiangsu Shipbuilding Industry Association, at a ratio of 1.25:1 and replace it with a 240,000-dwt shipbuilding capacity, which will be used to build the new energy shipbuilding project of Jiangsu Jianguo Offshore Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd.
As the implementation entity of this project, our company was established on May 12, 2025, with a registered capital of 200 million.
